From lost to found—that’s the real story behind my miles. Running didn’t just change my life; it helped me discover who I am. Through the highs, lows, and everything in between, I learned that running can be one of the most powerful tools for self-discovery and growth. That’s what inspired me to start Maybe Running Will Help, a podcast where we explore how movement supports mental health and personal growth. My coaching is a one-on-one opportunity to do the same—to explore you with someone who’s been there, who gets it, and who’s still doing the work right alongside you.
